We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
Important
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You may not share your account with others or use another person's account.
You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes. You may not:
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly basis. You can cancel anytime from your billing dashboard. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
Payment Processing
Payments are processed securely through Paystack. We do not store your card details.
Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of your current billing period.
Refunds
Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase if no videos have been generated on the new plan.
Videos generated through the Service are owned by you. However, Auto Social Videos retains ownership of all platform technology, branding, and proprietary AI models.
All content on Auto Social Videos, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by Auto Social Videos or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.
Auto Social Videos shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Auto Social Videos and its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims arising from your use of the Service.
Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify you of significant changes via email or an in-app notification.
